My home town and its cuisine

Today I'd like to make a introduction of my hometown Hunan. Hunan(Chinese: 湖南; pinyin: Húnán) is a province of China, located in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River and south of Lake Dongting (hence the name Hunan, meaning "south of the lake"). Hunan is sometimes called 湘 (pinyin: Xiāng) for short, after the Xiang River which runs through the province. The capital is Changsha.

Hunan cuisine is noted for its use of chili peppers. Chili pepper (also known as, or spelled, chilli pepper, chilli, chili, and chile). They are widely used as spices or vegetables in cuisine in my hometown.
